Establishment file opening services:
Opening a main Establishment file service:
Through the service, a request will be submitted to open a main Establishment file, in which the main Establishment data will be entered, the required licenses will be added, and the documents related to the licenses will be attached.
Sub-Establishment file opening service:
Through the service, a request to open a sub-establishment file will be submitted so that the data of the main establishment is entered, the required licenses are added, and the documents related to the licenses are attached.
Establishment Data Amendment Service:
Through the service, the Establishment file data will be modified, and Wasel data can also be updated through it
Opening a main facility file service
- The user selects "Main facility file opening service"
- The user acknowledges the validity of the data
- The user chooses the type of establishment and its activity:
- Choose the type of establishment “individual – company”.
- Choose the work office to which the establishment belongs
- Choose the sub-economic activity
- Enter the applicant's capacity data
- Enter the name of the establishment
- Determine the type of financial calendar "Hijri - Gregorian"
In the event that the type of establishment is a “company”, the following data must also be entered:
- Enter the nationality of the establishment
- Enter the legal form of the establishment
- The user enters the data of the owner of the establishment
- The user enters license data and license attachments "if requested".
- The user enters the facility address
- A summary of the review of the entered data will be displayed
- The user selects Submit

- The user selects "Service Sub-Facility File"

Establishment data modification service
- The user selects the "Modify Establishment Data" service.
- The user modifies the following establishment data:

- fax
- Head office facility: Modification is available for subsidiary facility only
- Wasel Data: The user can update Wasel data by selecting "Update Wasel Data".
- The user selects "Save".
