In his speech during the ceremony, His Excellency stressed that the Job Engagement Program embodies the interest and support of the wise leadership – may God bliss it - to the public sector, and reflects the Ministry's commitment to enhancing the role of human capital as a key pillar in the transition towards a more efficient government work environment. He pointed out that the program contributes to consolidating the spirit of belonging and initiative, raises the level of quality of services provided to beneficiaries, and enhances the efficiency of performance, explaining that the job engagement indicators for the past year achieved tangible positive results, as the job engagement rate for public sector employees reached 83.4%, exceeding the specific annual target of 76.5%, which reflects the growing institutional awareness and the keenness of entities to improve work environments and promote a culture of professional commitment.

Al-Rajhi reviewed the most prominent achievements during 2024, including: the issuance of the Caibnet's approval of the National Succession and Leadership Development Program, the launch of the Promising Leaders Program, the qualification of more than 120 government leaders through academic programs and leadership forums, the launch of the salary scale for engineering jobs, and the launch of a number of electronic services that contribute to supporting the governance of institutional work in the government sector.

The Undersecretary for Human Capital Development, Mr. Fahad Al-Drees, gave a presentation on the Job Engagement Measurement Initiative, which included a comprehensive assessment of levels of satisfaction and professional commitment, in addition to a "stimulating work environment program" and an "institutional engagement platform" that enables government agencies to follow up on moral performance indicators and improve motivation strategies. The ceremony included dialogue sessions and a presentation of a number of success stories in the field of job engagement within government agencies.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah was ranked first in the category of government ministries, while the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing was ranked second, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology was ranked third.
