Announcement of a Public Consultation on the Draft Amendments to the Regulation for Domestic Workers and those in Similar Positions

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announces a public consultation on the Draft Amendments to the Regulation for Domestic Workers and those in Similar Positions.

The project aims to replace the current regulations governing domestic workers and those in similar positions in line with labor market developments, enhance operational efficiency within the sector, and address regulatory and economic developments. The amendments are based on changes introduced to Paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article (seven) of the Labor Law under Royal Decree No. (44), dated 08/02/1446H.
