Results of the Consultation: Joint Development to Identify Effective Communication Channels for Older Persons in Elder Care Facilities

In support of the principles of community participation and as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the experience of older beneficiaries, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) launched a Joint Development initiative to gather feedback on the most effective channels for hearing the voices of residents in Elder Care Facilities, ensuring that their voices and aspirations reach the Ministry’s decision-makers with complete privacy, contributing to improving their quality of life and enhancing their sense of appreciation and empowerment.
