Announcement of the Results of the Public Consultation on the Amendments to the Regulation for Domestic Workers and those in Similar Positions

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announces the results of the public consultation conducted through the Public Consultation Platform (Istitlaa’) regarding the Regulation for Domestic Workers and those in Similar Positions.

The project aims to replace the current Regulation for Domestic Workers and those in Similar Positions in order to keep pace with labor market developments, enhance the efficiency of practices related to this sector, and align with regulatory requirements and economic developments. The proposed amendments are based on the changes introduced to Paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article Seven of the Labor Law under Royal Decree No. (44) dated 8/2/1446 AH.
