Joint Development of Appropriate Communication Channels for Elderly in Eldercare Facilities

In support of community engagement principles and continuous improvement of the beneficiary experience, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launches a Joint Development initiative to gather views on the most suitable channels for hearing the voices of older persons residing in Eldercare Facilities with full transparency. The initiative seeks to ensure that their opinions and aspirations reach decision-makers within the Ministry in a confidential manner, contributing to improved quality of life and greater feelings of appreciation and empowerment.
