Announcement of a General Satisfaction Perception Survey under the Beneficiary Experience Excellence Program for the Cooperative Associations Platform

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announces the launch of a survey to measure general satisfaction perceptions under the Beneficiary Experience Excellence Program for the Cooperative Associations Platform.

This survey is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to continuously improve its services and programs, enhance the quality of engagement, and increase beneficiary satisfaction.

The survey aims to assess your level of satisfaction with the digital experience provided and to offer an opportunity for you to share your opinions and experiences in a transparent manner.
