The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announces a public consultation regarding the update of the violations and penalties table for the Labor Law and its Executive Regulations.
This project aims to update the table of violations and penalties based on the recent amendments to the Labor Law and its Executive Regulations. The objective is to clearly and precisely define violations for both establishments and inspectors to ensure the application of regulations across different categories of establishments and to minimize subjective assessments and personal discretion. Additionally, the updates facilitate adaptation to changes in the work environment, such as flexible work and remote work. The clarification of penalties promotes transparency, encourages establishments to comply with the regulations, and safeguards the rights of both workers and employers.
