As part of its ongoing commitment to improving quality of life and enhancing services provided to the elderly, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announces the launch of an initiative to enhance and improve services for senior citizens. The initiative aims to elevate the beneficiary experience and strengthen supportive services provided to them in accordance with the best international practices.
The initiative aims to improve the quality of services provided, create a supportive and inclusive environment, and promote the utilization of digital services and modern technology, in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve quality of life for all segments of society.
