An electronic service that enables custodial families to request the issuance of an identification certificate to be granted to the family to prove sponsorship and fostering of an orphan, according to the terms and conditions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Conditions
The beneficiary is alive at the time of applying to the service.
The beneficiary is registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development orphans care system’s foster families.
The beneficiary is registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development e-services portal.
The beneficiary must have at least one orphan guardianship at the time of applying to the service.
