service for university students with disabilities
It is an electronic service that enables university students with disabilities to apply for a disability screening and obtain a reward from the university , so that the Ministry determines the categories of disbursement and those entitled to it based on the type of disability (severe disability / moderate disability) according to the conditions and controls specified and issues the appropriate letter for each category.

- Obtain a letter from the university or government college the student is enrolled in to conduct a medical examination and determine the eligibility category.
- Access the Decision to Reward University Students with Disabilities service, fill out the required information, and attach the university letter.
- After completing the steps, the eligibility certificate can be printed and submitted to the university.
- Male and female students on scholarship can contact the attaché or the Ministry of Education to learn about the procedures for obtaining the service.
- The beneficiary must:
- Have a valid disability assessment.
