Traffic Facilities for Persons with Disability
An e-service provided by the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development, which enables the beneficiaries with a disability to have a car sticker and traffic facilities card, which entitles them to access public facilities and to park in places allocated specifically for people with disabilities.
- Access the ministry e-services portal to apply for traffic facilities card service.

- Select the office you want to receive your card from.
- Submit your request.
- If the beneficiary is not eligible for the service or not registered in the system, the service will be terminated.
- If the beneficiary is disabled and eligible for the service, the request will be processed.
