The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has prepared this procedural guide for the decision regulating the work of employees through collaborative electronic platforms, which restricts work on these platforms to Saudi citizens. The guide targets four sectors: individual transportation, order delivery, car maintenance services, and home maintenance, in addition to any other activities the Ministry may specify later.
The guide also outlines the support programs offered by the human resources system to assist the private sector in implementing the decision, and answers frequently asked questions about it.
