In line with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s (MHRSD) commitment, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, to provide stimulating, productive, and stable job opportunities for Saudi citizens in all regions of the Kingdom, and to enhance their participation in the labor market; and in reference to Ministerial Resolution No. (137440) dated (21/04/2025) regarding the approval of updating the procedural guide for localizing professions in the tourism sector and the application of Saudization rates for these professions, according to the definitions and professional titles specified in this Procedural Guide, by imposing Saudization rates on workers in tourism sector professions starting from 22/04/2026 D, in order to contribute to this vital and important sector.
