Using Open Data Policy

Responisibility of using the Open Data

• The gateway visitors and the beneficiaries of the Ministry of Labor and Social  Development's electronic gateway should be well acquainted with the policy of dusing this data  in order to know any upatings made on it and that all the opjen data uploded on the Minstry's electronic gateway is educational and enlightening .
• Reading the policy or using the open data in the electronic gateway is considered as an acknowledgement from the user that he/she adheres to the terms and conditions of the  open data re-using policy. 
• The Ministry allows the electronic gateway users to peruse the open data , and they also have the right to use this data but they are personally  responisble  for using it, and this right is provided for  all the bebficiaries  and it is provided for free.
• The open data user is responsible for  re-using  the data in the Ministry's electronic gateway, on condition that  there should not be any errors resuting from the re-using  pertaining the content or  the source of the data.

The Minstry's Responsibility 

The Ministry doesn't ensure the continuity of the availability of this data or any part  thereof  and therefore the Ministry of Labor is irresponsible for  :

• Any errors or missining data  of the open data.
• Any  intellectual productions , studies or reports based on this data. 
• Any damage or misunderstanding  posed to any authority, individual or entity  as a result of using the relased data
• The Ministry shall bear no responsibility twards the users of this data , and the damage or the loss that might inflict them as a result of re-using this data.

Open Data Re-Using  Conditions:

• The user should not distort or alter  the open data released on the Ministry of Labor and Social Deverlopment 's  electronic gateway.
• The open data released on the electgronic gateway  of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development  should not be used for political purposes or for supporting any illegal activity or a criminal activity or in racistic or discrimination comments or or for ablazing or provocation, negative influence on the culture  or equality,any illegal activity, or any activity which is incosistent with the Kingdom's customs and traditions. 
• There should be a referrence to the source of the information re-used through featuring the Ministry's electronic link to protect and preserve the intellectual property of the information , its credibility and authenticity of its source.
• "Re-using the open data on the Ministry's electronic gateway is the responsibility of the user , obesrving that there is no errors occurs upon re-using the information pertaining to the information content its source and date. "
• It is prohibited to use the information in a way that reveals that the user is an official authority , or that this information is licensed to be released in a private manner.
• Reading the policy or using the open data in the electronic gateway is considered as an acknowledgement from the user that he/she adheres to the terms and conditions of the  open data re-using policy.
