1. Usage of the Ministry of Social Affairs Portal

  • This Portal is technically supervised by the Information Technology Department; a department affiliated to the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia. And all the materials available in this Portal with information and graphics included (content) are protected by virtue of publishing rights, trademarks, and other property right forms.
  • Since one of the main objectives of the Portal is to increase awareness and enrich the culture for the Portal’s users and visitors, it is only allowed for personal and non-profit usage to benefit from the Portal’s content and any information published in it, meanwhile underscoring the fact that the Ministry of Social Affairs Portal is the source of that content and information.

  • The Portal includes a number of e-channels the participation tools such as forums, polls, comments on all what is published, blogs, voting system, visitors’ comments, personal subscriptions, SMS, and the toll-free phone lines around the clock.
  • The Portal Administration set a number of measures and restrictions on the usage of all e-channels, including e-participation to guarantee achieving the highest desired benefit from the principle of e-participation. Using these channels is considered a permanent acceptance of the measures and restrictions for their usage.
  • The Ministry of Social Affairs has full right to delete or not to publish any comments or participations for the portal's users, seen by the Portal Administration as inappropriate.
