The service facilitates the process of following up and studying the rules and regulations inquiries requested by government agencies, and then informing the government agency of the official opinion.
- Signing in to the service;
- Submitting the inquiry;
- Studying the inquiry by specialized employee;
- Study the inquiry by related management in the Ministry of Civil Service, then inform the government agency about the inquiry result;
- Accessing the result by the government agency.
The user must be a Saudi citizen.
The user must be authorized to use the service.
The availability of query/s by the government agency which need to be answered lawfully.
