Ministerial Decision 75506

First: The establishments shall abide by documenting their employees/workers’ contracts via Qiwa platform, starting with registering the contract and updating the professions data, wages and qualifications until the termination or expiration of the contractual relationship.
Second: The Ministry shall take all necessary measures to ensure that establishments comply with the implementation of this decision. 
Third: The Ministerial Decision No. 156309 dated 18/08/1440, corresponding to 23/04/2019 AD, shall be revoked. 
Fourth: This decision shall be published in the Ministry’s website and shall be effective starting from the date thereof.
Fifth: The Deputy Minister shall take all the necessary actions to execute given decision.
