Article (29):
1- Without prejudice to the penalties provided for in other laws, the domestic employer who violates the provisions of this regulation shall be punished in accordance with the following:
(a) A fine not exceeding twenty thousand Saudi riyals or a ban on recruitment for a period not exceeding three years, or both.
(b) Banning the violator from recruitment permanently.
2- The penalty imposed on the violator may be doubled if the offense is repeated.

Fines shall be multiplied by the number of persons in respect of whom the violation occurred.
Article (30):
Without prejudice to the penalties provided for in other laws, a domestic worker who violates the provisions of this regulation shall be punished according to the following:
1- A fine not exceeding two thousand Saudi riyals or a ban on him from working in the Kingdom or both.
2- Fines are multiplied by the number of violations proven against the domestic worker.

The costs of returning home shall be borne by the offending domestic worker.
