Rules for dealing with expatriates who violate the regulations, Article (2):

The violating expatriate shall be deported at the expense of the employer, unless he is absent from work and has been reported on time. His deportation shall be at the expense of the person found working for him. If the violator is self-employed, he shall be deported at his expense. If he cannot secure the air ticket, he shall be deported at the expense of the state, and the necessary and sufficient amounts shall be allocated in a clause allocated for this purpose.

The violating expatriate who arrives with Hajj, Umrah, or visit visas of all kinds and others shall be deported at the expense of the person found working for him. If he works for his own account, he shall be deported at his own expense, and if not, he shall be deported at the expense of the company, institution, or individual coming from him, or at the expense of the carrier or the sneaker.
Article (8):
Every expatriate who is deported is prohibited from entering the Kingdom, in accordance with the periods and procedures determined by a regulation issued by a decision by His Highness the Minister of Interior.
