Article (65):

In addition to the duties stipulated in this Law and the regulations and decisions issued in implementation thereof, the worker
 shall: 1- Perform the work in accordance with the principles of the profession and in accordance with the instructions of the employer, if these instructions do not violate the contract, the law or public morals, and their implementation does not endanger.

2- Take adequate care of the machinery, tools, tasks and raw materials owned by the employer that are placed at his disposal or in his custody, and return to the employer the non-expendable materials.


3- To adhere to good behavior and morals during work.


4- Provide all aid and assistance without requiring additional remuneration in the event of disasters and threats to the safety of the workplace or persons working in it.


5- To undergo, in accordance with the employer's request, the medical examinations that he wishes to conduct on him before or during work, to verify that he is free from occupational or infectious diseases.


6- To keep the technical, commercial and industrial secrets of the materials it produces, or in which it has contributed directly or indirectly to its production, and all professional secrets related to the work or the establishment whose disclosure would harm the interest of the employer.
