Article (29) stipulates, in accordance with the provisions of the Domestic Workers Regulations and their equivalents:

1- Without prejudice to the penalties provided for in other regulations, the domestic employer who violates the provisions of this regulation shall be punished as follows:

(a) A fine not exceeding (20,000) twenty thousand Saudi riyals or banning him from recruiting for a period exceeding three years or both.

(b) Banning the violator from recruiting permanently.

2- The penalty imposed on the violator may be doubled if the violation is repeated.

3- Fines shall be multiplied by the number of persons in respect of whom the violation occurred.
