Freedom of information aims to enable private entities or individuals to obtain available public information from public authorities in pursuit of enhancing the principle of transparency and integrity.
It is the public data and information - unprotected - produced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, regardless of its source, form, or nature.
Requests are submitted electronically by filling out the information request form available on the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development website.
If the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development approves the request, the applicant will be notified of full or partial approval of the request, and the request will be implemented within a timeframe not exceeding (10) working days from the date of receiving the request acceptance. If this is not possible due to the large volume of requested information or for other reasons, an acceptance and extension notice will be sent at the same time, not exceeding 30 days, explaining the reason for the extension and the expected date for implementing the request.

Yes, if an individual wishes to submit an appeal against the decision to reject the request, he can submit a written or electronic appeal notice within a period not exceeding (10) working days from the date of receiving the Ministry's decision.
