The MLSD seeks seriuosly for filling the legislative gaps and achieving the consistency among all the systems pertaining to the social protection in addition to upgrading and updating the executive rules for the two systems of the protection against abuse and Child protection.It also includes legislating strict penalties against those who commit family violence.This initiative includes agreeing and adopting one definition of the family violence with all its forms and patterns among all the concerned parties and adopting unified definitions of the variuos family violence patterns and types among all the governmental and national institutions working the family protection system.
